5 rnb banner[dropcap2]S[/dropcap2]ometimes after a long and heavy day we are going back home and just trying to chill. Many of You will turn the TV on to get simple entertained or maybe play some Xbox/Playstation games just to feel relief. There are days when we don’t want to do anything creative, our hobby is just not right this day, our mind and body is not ready for physical exercises, there is cold and cloudy outside.

I was wondering what will give me some piece of calmness and move my bad mood  to another place where there is no cloudy sky and I could feel strong and healthy even after a whole long and difficult day. I figured out that every single “mass entertaining” method failed in a journey for helping me out. Almost each of them.

But there is one thing which can give You very deep and strong relief and this is MUSIC. We got our favorite artists and songs. And during this “great depression time” we must use them as a painkiller. Music gives us certain amount of positive feelings, increases our creativity and what most important: it doesn’t require any resources from us. We can just sit back, relax and enjoy this particular moment. We can close our eyes and travel wherever we want to. We can hug our friend/partner and chill together. We can drink hot tea or coffee if there is winter time. Believe me this is the easiest way to chill back.

I know there are a lot of different musical orientations. You can pick whatever You want. Just make sure:

  1. the beat is sloooow,
  2. lyrics are not to loud
  3. the bass is not punchy rather than low and slow:)

I just wanted to share with You my 5 songs. You can listen and relax or You can do the research by You own and pick some of Your favorite “musical painkillers”. Ok. This is my list, enjoy:)
